Seller's Bay App — User Guide

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Learn how to run campaigns, connect client stores, track rankings, generate content, share on social, and deliver SEO reports — plus how Ask Seller’s Bay help chat works.

Getting Started

Creating your account

  1. Visit the registration page or start a trial from the marketing site.
  2. Enter your email, password, and basic details.
  3. Choose a plan (or begin a trial) and complete any payment steps if prompted.
  4. Verify your email from Account → Verify Email if you have not already. Unverified accounts cannot use the full app chrome.
  5. Log in to open your Home dashboard.

Logging in

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password (or use Google sign-in when that option is shown).
  3. Click Login. If 2FA is enabled, complete the code challenge.

If 2FA is still off, you will see a warning after each login. Turn it on from Account — without it, your agency account and your clients’ workspaces are at risk.

Use Forgot Password on the login page if you need a reset link.

Recommended first steps

  1. Create a campaign for the client website you want to manage (Campaigns → Create Campaign).
  2. Add keywords and run tracking once so rankings appear.
  3. Optionally connect WooCommerce or Shopify on that campaign’s Stores tabs.
  4. Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics on Analytics, then pick each property on the campaign.

Trial & upgrade

The marketing free trial does not require a card and does not auto-bill a plan when it ends. It includes a limited credit grant, one campaign, and one shared competitor / organic report (see Credits & Subscriptions). Buying a credit pack ends the trial (PAYG). Subscribe from Plans or Account → Billing when you are ready.

If you start a trial through a checkout that collects a card, length, any verification charge, and the post-trial price are shown at checkout (catalog in EUR). On that path, if you do nothing, Stripe may bill the selected plan when the trial ends — cancel from Account → Billing beforehand if you do not want that charge.

During any trial, a top banner can show remaining days. A paid plan unlocks monthly credits (by plan) and subscriber features such as Report Branding and weekly scheduled jobs.

Two-factor authentication (recommended for agencies)

Open AccountEnable 2FA (or Security Settings). Use an authenticator app and store backup codes somewhere safe. Agencies should keep 2FA on to protect client campaigns, stores, and reports.

Need a quick answer while you work? Use the floating Ask Seller’s Bay chat (bottom-right). It answers from this User Guide. For billing or account issues, use Support.

Home Dashboard

Open Home for a snapshot of your agency account and next actions.

What you will see

  • Credit balance and high-level campaign / keyword highlights
  • A 25% remaining notice (discreet) and a 10% remaining notice (stronger), plus any weekly jobs paused for insufficient credits
  • Campaign store status (Woo / Shopify) on the last-tracking summary, with full connections under Account → Client stores
  • Shortcuts into Campaigns, Domain Research, SEO Reports, and Agency Team
  • A list of campaigns you can open directly
  • An agency “how it works” walkthrough card with links to create campaigns, connect stores, track, and report
  • Optional training video carousel when videos are configured

Your subscription

Home shows a Your subscription card with the plan name, status (Active, Free trial, Canceling, Ended, or No plan), and shortcuts to manage the plan or buy add-on credits. Billing amounts and dates stay on the Account page.

If the plan has Ended, use Resubscribe to [plan] to check out for the same plan again, or View other plans to upgrade. If you are already on a live plan, that plan shows Current plan on the Subscription page and cannot be purchased again. Other plans still offer Upgrade.

Empty / first-time state

If you have no campaigns yet, start with Campaigns → Create Campaign. Home shortcuts and the walkthrough card point to the same paths.

Trial banner

During a trial, a banner above the app shows remaining days and Upgrade Now (Subscription plans). The default cardless trial does not bill a plan automatically when it ends — subscribe from Plans or Billing when you want a paid plan. If you started a card-on-file trial via checkout, cancel from Account → Billing before it ends if you do not want that plan charged. If status is Canceling, Home still shows the plan until Access ends; there is no next renewal.

Campaigns & Keyword Tracking

Open Campaigns in the left rail (Keyword Tracking). Use one campaign per client website so rankings, stores, and reports stay separate.

Campaign hub tabs

  • Campaign Overview — Cards with keyword counts, Top 10, average position; open or run tracking
  • Create Campaign — Full create form
  • Manage Campaigns — Table with Add / Edit

Create a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign (or Add Campaign).
  2. Optionally Connect Google Search Console first so you can import queries into the keyword list without leaving the form. You can skip this and type keywords by hand.
  3. Enter a Campaign Name and Website URL.
  4. Choose country, language, and a tracking location for local SERPs when needed.
  5. Select a tracking type:
    • Basic Tracking — Organic website rankings only (credit cost is set in Admin Pricing and shown on the form)
    • Advanced Tracking — Organic + volume / CPC / competition style metrics, and Map Pack options when a business profile is set (higher per-keyword rate from Admin Pricing)
  6. For Advanced, optionally add Business Name, Google Maps URL, and Place ID for Map Pack tracking.
  7. Optionally add up to 5 competitor domains (edit later) for side-by-side ranks after runs.
  8. Enter keywords (one per line), or click Import from Search Console.
  9. Click Create Campaign. Tracking does not start yet — you are taken to Campaign Overview so you can open the campaign, pick keywords, and run tracking when you are ready.

When editing you can also set a Client Name and upload a client logo for reports and workspace branding.

Campaign workspace

  • Keywords — Positions, trends, filters, add/delete, Run Tracking, single-keyword track. Overview, Organic Keywords Trend, Filter Keywords, and results start collapsed; click a heading to open or close. That choice is remembered per campaign. Hover the i next to each workspace tab for a short description.
  • Pages — Keywords grouped by ranking URL; Advanced may show estimated traffic (volume × CTR)
  • Content Clusters — AI blog workflow (when enabled)
  • Social — Social post drafts from articles (when enabled)
  • WooCommerce / Shopify — Store connection and product pipeline
  • Organic Rankings / Backlinks / Analytics — Insights for this campaign’s site

Run keyword tracking

  1. Open the campaign → Keywords.
  2. Click Run Tracking (full set) or track a single keyword.
  3. Confirm the credit cost when prompted. Wait for the progress bar — do not spam Run Tracking.
  4. Subscribers can Enable Weekly keyword tracking on the Keywords tab (estimated monthly credits shown). It runs the full keyword list or pauses if credits are short.
  5. Filter with Top 10, striking distance, improving, declining, not ranking, featured snippet, Map Pack, and more.
  6. Review Organic Keywords Trend (1 month / 3 months / 1 year / all time). Stacked bars show how many tracked keywords sit in Top 3, 4–10, 11–20, 21–50, and 51–100 after each scan. The Keywords count and % change show whether more keywords are ranking over time.
  7. On Advanced campaigns, the same card also shows estimated Traffic, Traffic Cost, and branded vs non-branded traffic (volume × typical CTR). That is this campaign’s tracked keywords — site-wide organic keywords stay on Organic Rankings when that tab is enabled.
  8. Advanced campaigns can show Map Pack stats (e.g. In Map Pack, Avg Map Pack) when a profile is configured.
From the campaign header: Add keyword, edit campaign, or More → Generate SEO report.

WooCommerce & Shopify Stores

Store credentials attach to a campaign (one shop per client), not to your whole login as a single global store. Agencies can connect a different shop per campaign while sharing one credit balance. A campaign can have keywords only — a store is optional. AccountClient stores lists every campaign’s Woo and Shopify status so you can connect or manage several stores from one place.

Connect WooCommerce

  1. In WordPress admin: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
  2. Add a key with Read/Write permissions; copy Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
  3. In Seller’s Bay: campaign → Stores → WooCommerce.
  4. Enter Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
  5. Use Test, then Save. Disconnect anytime from the same screen.
The WooCommerce site should be publicly reachable over HTTPS (required by most hosts). HTTP is only for local testing.

Connect Shopify

For screenshots and troubleshooting, see the Shopify Connection Guide.

  1. In Shopify admin, create a custom app with product read/write permissions.
  2. Install the app; copy the API key and Admin API access token.
  3. Campaign → Stores → Shopify.
  4. Enter Shop URL, API Key, Admin API access token, and a storefront password only if the store is password-protected.
  5. Test and Save. If the storefront is password-protected (typical for development stores), enter that password on the same form.

Product pipeline (both platforms)

Work through these buckets for this campaign only:

  1. Downloaded — Pull products from the store (Woo filters/columns; Shopify may filter by collection or product type).
  2. Imported — Move selected downloads into Imported for AI / editing.
  3. Generate AI / edit — Optimize titles, descriptions, and SEO fields (see AI Product Optimization).
  4. Staged — Review items ready to push.
  5. Exported / Synced — Send approved content back to the store.
  6. Completed on site — Mark products finished on the live site so your team can track handoff.

If sync fails, re-test credentials, confirm HTTPS/API permissions, then re-download or re-export the affected products.

AI Product Optimization

AI tools improve product titles, descriptions, and SEO metadata before you export changes back to WooCommerce or Shopify for that campaign.

Generate AI content

  1. Open the campaign → Stores → WooCommerce or Shopify (or the store dashboard for that campaign).
  2. Go to the Imported products list.
  3. Open a single product, or use bulk / mass process when available.
  4. Choose Generate AI Content / Process AI and confirm the credit cost prompt.
  5. Review the draft (titles, descriptions, meta title/description). Edit anything you need.
  6. Apply / stage the result, then export or sync staged products back to the store.

What you can improve

  • Product titles and descriptions
  • Meta titles and meta descriptions
  • Overall SEO quality (SEO Quality indicator where shown)
  • Manual fine-tuning after the first AI pass
Best practice: Start with a few important products, lock in tone and settings, then process larger batches. AI actions use credits — always check the cost prompt before bulk runs.

WooCommerce SEO plugin (optional)

From Home or the WooCommerce area you may see a banner to download the Seller’s Bay WooCommerce SEO plugin for on-site helpers. Use it alongside the campaign product workflow — not instead of exporting approved content.

Content Clusters & WordPress

When Content Clusters are enabled, open a campaign → Content → Content Clusters to plan and write SEO articles around a target page on the client site.

Create cluster content

  1. Optionally run Generate Hot Topics (uses credits) to discover ideas.
  2. Select or confirm the target site page for the cluster (ranking opportunities may be highlighted).
  3. Generate AI topics, then build an outline.
  4. Draft with Write section by section (interactive) or Generate full article.
  5. Adjust tone and article language as needed. When generation finishes, the article moves to Generated articles.
  6. Open Generated articles to filter, preview, edit, update, promote (WordPress / social), or delete.
  7. From an article, use helpers: Generate SEO fields, featured image, FAQs (People Also Ask), quick summary, H2 index / TOC, then save.

Each AI helper (topics, article, image, FAQs, etc.) can charge credits — confirm prompts before running.

Connect WordPress and publish

  1. Open the WordPress connection card in Content Clusters.
  2. Enter Site URL, Username, and an Application Password from WordPress.
  3. Test the connection, then Save.
  4. When ready, click Publish to WordPress draft.
  5. Finish review and publish from WordPress.

After a WordPress export, you can hand off to Social (when enabled) to draft social posts from the article.

Content Clusters and store tools are for campaign owners/managers. Invited staff or clients with view-only access will not see mutation controls.

Social Sharing

When Social Sharing is enabled for your account, open a campaign → Content → Social to draft, approve, schedule, and publish posts promoting your content.

Connect platforms

  1. Open the campaign Social tab.
  2. Connect the networks you use (typically Meta for Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and X when available).
  3. Complete each provider’s OAuth / authorization flow and return to Seller’s Bay.
  4. Disconnect a platform anytime from the same area if credentials need rotating.

Create and publish posts

  1. Generate a post from an exported / published article (or create a draft where offered).
  2. Confirm the credit cost shown on the generate button (admin-configurable; typically a few credits per platform).
  3. Choose platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X as connected).
  4. Edit copy, hashtags, and media (upload or use a featured image when available).
  5. Approve the draft, then Post now or Schedule for later.
  6. Cancel a scheduled post from the calendar or history if plans change.

Calendar & history

  • Use the week calendar to see scheduled posts
  • Filter history by status / platform to review what went live
  • Preview cards show how a post will roughly look before publishing
Social is campaign-scoped and may be hidden if the feature flag is off. View-only agency members will not see connect / publish controls.

Organic Rankings & Backlinks

Inside a campaign, Insights helps you understand that site’s organic footprint (separate from left-rail Domain Research).

Organic Rankings (campaign)

  1. Open the campaign → Insights → Organic Rankings.
  2. Refresh to load or update data (confirm any credit prompt).
  3. Review KPIs such as new, improved, declined, and lost keywords.
  4. Use charts (including competitor views when available) and ranking tables.
  5. Track interesting keywords into the campaign when the option is shown.

Backlinks / Authority (campaign)

  1. Open the campaign → Insights → Backlinks (also surfaced under Analytics → Authority).
  2. Click Refresh Backlinks / Authority refresh and confirm credits (defaults are typically 20 for backlinks and 8 for Authority; the exact cost is shown on the button).
  3. Browse tabs such as Overview, Referring URLs, Referring Domains, Pages, and Profile when enabled.

Viewing reports is free. Manual refreshes use credits. Weekly Organic Rankings and backlink refreshes also use credits, and only run after you Enable them on the campaign tab.

Domain Research

Use left-rail Domain Research (Organic Rankings) to research any domain — no campaign required. Use this for competitors or prospects; use campaign Organic Rankings for the client site already attached to a campaign.

  1. Enter a domain and choose market (country / language).
  2. Click Analyze domain (confirm credit cost if prompted).
  3. Review keywords, competitors, and estimated traffic (estimates are approximate).
  4. Open the report again from Recent lookups.
  5. Refresh when you need newer data (each refresh charges credits; trial accounts share one Organic Rankings / Domain Research report allowance).
  6. Subscribers can Enable a weekly refresh on a recent lookup (same credit cost as a manual refresh; pauses if the full run does not fit).
  7. Optionally track a keyword from the report into one of your campaigns.

Analytics (Website results & Marketing Reports)

Analytics is campaign-scoped: each campaign has Website results and Marketing Reports for that client’s site. Open Analytics in the left rail for a hub of campaigns, or open a campaign → Insights → Analytics.

Account vs campaign settings

  • Account: Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics once (Analytics → Settings, or the connect buttons on the campaign).
  • Per campaign: Choose the GSC property, GA4 property, primary website URL, and Bing API key on Analytics → Settings.
  • Google Cloud: Enable Google Analytics Admin API and Google Analytics Data API on the same Cloud project as your OAuth client, then reconnect if property lists fail.
  • Merchant Center: Not available for product metrics in Analytics yet (planned). Product Performance today uses WooCommerce store data when connected.

Website results (Google Analytics)

Open the Website results tab on Analytics. The card shows on-site visits, purchases or key events, conversion rate, the share of visits from Google search, and the top 10 landing pages (last 28 days vs the previous 28). The Details box lists the connected property, period, people, and last update. Click Refresh after you pick a property. Search Console is still used for query clicks and impressions — not the same as Google Analytics sessions.

If Google Analytics is not connected yet, Search Console totals appear as a fallback when that data exists. Clients see the same Website results cards on the portal when Results sharing is enabled.

Report tabs (inside a campaign)

  • Search Performance — Google Search Console / Bing for the selected property (Refresh Search Data)
  • Website results — Google Analytics visits, conversions, top pages, and connection details
  • Product Performance — WooCommerce or Shopify catalog for this campaign (SEO gaps, stock, pipeline). Woo sales via Refresh Woo Metrics
  • Site Speed — PageSpeed lab scores and real-user Core Web Vitals (Refresh Site Speed; included — typically 2 refreshes/day)
  • Content & Indexing — Crawl and IndexNow actions (included — typically 2 crawls/day); submit selected URLs to Bing IndexNow; opportunity queries from GSC
  • Authority — Same campaign Backlinks report as Insights → Backlinks (credits on manual refresh)

Viewing Analytics tabs is free. Authority / Backlinks refreshes use credits shown on the button before you confirm.

AI / GEO Visibility (below the tabs)

This is not Google Analytics. It checks whether Google AI Overviews mention the campaign site for your keywords. Freelancer does not include it — Agency Starter and higher unlock Google snapshots. Refresh uses your latest keyword tracking (included). Subscribers can Enable a weekly Google snapshot on this tab (no extra credits). ChatGPT + Perplexity is only on Agency Pro and Scale (credit cost on the button), and stays greyed out until an admin enables those APIs. For visits and conversions on Freelancer, use the Website results tab.

Typical setup

  1. Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics on your account.
  2. Open the campaign → Analytics → Settings and select the GSC property, GA4 property, and site URL.
  3. Click Refresh Analytics on Website results, then refresh the other tabs as needed.
  4. Connect WooCommerce under Stores if you want Product Performance metrics.

SEO Reports (PDF)

Open SEO Reports in the left rail (Report Builder), or choose Generate SEO report from a campaign’s More menu.

Build a report

  1. Choose a Keyword Campaign (or account-wide data where offered).
  2. Pick a date range (for example 30 / 60 / 90 days).
  3. Select sections to include, such as:
    • Executive Summary
    • Keyword Rankings and Ranking Trends
    • Competitors
    • Search Console / Bing
    • Technical SEO and Crawl Findings
    • Product SEO and Domain Authority
  4. Preview the report, then Download PDF or Email Report.

Use report history from the builder when you need past downloads.

Report Branding (subscribers)

  1. Open Agency → Report Branding, or Account → Report Branding (requires an active subscription).
  2. Upload your agency logo and set primary/secondary colors.
  3. Fill in agency details and options (including hiding Seller’s Bay branding when offered).
  4. Save — future PDF reports use your branding.

Credits & Subscriptions

How credits work

  • AI product work, keyword tracking runs, content cluster generation, social post generation, and research refreshes use credits.
  • Your balance is always shown in the top bar. Click it (or Account → Credit history) for a running record of credits used, added, and restored — date, what it was for, and the balance after each entry.
  • Account Billing shows Subscription Credits and Purchased Credits separately, plus a recent credit activity list.
  • Subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active, up to a maximum subscription balance of 3× your monthly allowance (for example Freelancer 600/month, ceiling 1,800). Purchased credit packs never expire and do not count toward that ceiling. After a subscription ends, leftover subscription credits remain for 90 days. Unused trial credits also expire 90 days after the trial ends.
  • You will see a cost prompt before most chargeable actions — confirm before running.
  • Credit history names the job, for example Weekly keyword tracking — 50 keywords — Campaign name.

Weekly scheduled jobs

  • Weekly keyword tracking, Organic Rankings, backlinks, and Google GEO snapshots are off until you click Enable on that campaign tab (subscribers only). Domain Research has its own Enable on each lookup.
  • Each panel shows an estimated monthly credit cost (~4 runs). If the next full batch does not fit your balance, the job pauses, charges nothing, and emails you.
  • Turn the job back on after you add credits. Partial batches never run.

Low-balance notices

  • Home shows a discreet notice around 25% of this period’s credits remaining, and a stronger notice around 10%. You also get an email when you cross each threshold.
  • After you recover above 25%, the notices can appear again later in the period.

Free trial

  • The trial includes 100 credits, one campaign, and one competitor / organic report (Organic Rankings and Domain Research share that allowance). No card is required.
  • Buying a credit pack ends the trial (you become PAYG): the one-report limit lifts, you still have one campaign, and agency features stay on paid plans.
  • Unused trial credits expire 90 days after the trial ends. Pack credits never expire.

Plans (agency ladder)

Catalog prices are in euro (EUR). Checkout may show another currency (for example Adaptive Pricing). Current names, prices, included credits, campaign caps, and monthly or yearly terms are those on Plans and Account → Billing — they can change for future periods.

  • Freelancer — entry plan (typically 2 campaigns and 1 staff seat; GEO Visibility is not included).
  • Agency Starter, Agency Growth, Agency Pro, and Agency Scale — higher credit grants, campaign caps, and staff seats; GEO on Agency Starter+.

Staff seats are for teammates who open campaigns in the main app. Client portal viewers do not count. Upgrade if you hit the campaign or staff-seat limit. You cannot check out again for the same live plan (it shows as Current plan).

Typical credit costs (admin can change)

  • Basic keyword tracking — credits per keyword per run as set in Admin → Pricing (shown on Create Campaign)
  • Advanced keyword tracking — higher per-keyword rate as set in Admin → Pricing
  • Product AI — 10 standard / 18 premium (premium subscribers may get a discount on premium AI)
  • Blog article (full generate) — 85 credits
  • Blog topics / outline / image / FAQ / hot topics — 6–8 credits each (shown on the button)
  • Social post generate — credit cost is shown on the generate button (admin-configurable; typically a few credits per platform)
  • Organic Rankings / Domain Research refresh — 30 credits (manual and weekly, if you enable it)
  • Backlink refresh — 20 credits; Authority (Moz) — 8 credits
  • GEO Google AI Overview — included on Agency Starter and above (no extra credits; it uses keyword tracking data you already paid for). GEO ChatGPT + Perplexity — typically 100 credits (Agency Pro/Scale; amount shown on the button)
  • Site Speed / Content crawl — included with daily caps (typically 2/day each)

Buy credits

  1. Click Buy Credits in the top bar (or open it from Account).
  2. Choose a credit package (subscribers may see pack discounts). Purchased credit packs do not expire.
  3. Complete checkout — credits are added after payment succeeds.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started (including after a trial converts to paid). Cancelling stops future renewals only; access continues until Access ends.
  • Purchased credit packs can only be refunded if none of those pack credits have been used. Unused credits are not cash.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges can be refunded. If a payment is refunded, unused credits from that payment are removed.
  • EEA/UK consumers: by starting a trial, plan, or credit purchase you ask us to begin the digital service immediately and you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
  • Full wording: Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Manage your subscription

  1. Home shows a Your subscription card (plan, dates, credits). User menu → Subscription compares plans.
  2. Account → Billing is the full billing hub: plan status, card on file, invoices, Buy Credits, and cancel. Amounts are in EUR unless Stripe showed another currency at checkout.
  3. While status is Canceling, there is no next billing date (shown as —). Access ends is the paid-through date (the current Stripe period end, including after a renewal that already succeeded).
  4. To change the card or open Stripe invoices, click Change card & invoices (opens in a new tab so you do not lose Account).
  5. You cannot check out again for the same live plan — that card shows Current plan. Choose a different plan to upgrade.
  6. To cancel, Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, then confirm. We stop future renewals. You keep paid-plan benefits until Access ends.
  7. If you change your mind before Access ends, Account → Keep my subscription restores renewal in one click (no new checkout).
  8. After Access ends, Home or Account → Billing → Resubscribe to [plan] checks out for the same plan, or View other plans to upgrade.
  9. Failed payments may be retried by Stripe. Update the card from Billing. Paid features or new subscription credits may pause until a payment succeeds.

Optional campaign credit pools

On Agency Team you can allocate credits from your account into a campaign pool. Spending from that pool is opt-in for supported features — useful for clearer client budgeting.

Account, Agency Team & Client Portal

My Account

Open Account for your agency workspace — profile, client stores, billing, and security.

  • Profile — name, email, plan badges, 2FA status, Edit profile, Client Portal, Report Branding (active subscription)
  • Client stores — every campaign’s WooCommerce and Shopify connection. Connect or manage several stores (one shop per campaign). Staff with view-only access see connection status and a read-only store pane (they cannot Test/Save or run the pipeline)
  • Billing — plan, status, next billing date (blank / — while Canceling), Access ends when canceling, credits, credit history (used / added / restored, with dates), card on file, invoices (View/PDF), and Change card & invoices (Stripe portal in a new tab). Catalog billing is EUR
  • Cancel subscription — at the bottom of Billing when a plan is live; confirm on the next page. Future renewals stop; you keep paid-plan benefits until Access ends. Use Keep my subscription before that date. After it ends, Resubscribe to the same plan or view other plans
  • Security — enable 2FA (recommended), change password, email verification. A banner warns you until 2FA is on
  • Agency Team shortcut, and close-account options. Permanent deletion has a 30-day grace period; the subscription stays active during that period and is canceled when deletion completes. Remaining credits are removed unless you transfer them to another account where the product offers it. Discount codes for leftover credits are not guaranteed

Agency Team

Open Agency → Agency Team (team page) to invite people to specific campaigns. The page includes a full How to use Agency Team tutorial covering roles, invites, share toggles, and the client experience.

  1. Create a keyword tracking campaign for the client’s site first.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Choose a role:
    • Client (read-only portal) — clients review granted campaigns in the Client Portal. New clients set a password from the invite link; no subscription required. Existing merchant logins sign in or reset their password to accept — the invite cannot overwrite a paying account. Client viewers do not consume staff seats.
    • Staff (view granted campaigns) — teammates can open campaigns they are granted (view-only for mutations). Staff seats are limited by plan (for example Freelancer 1, Scale 25); the limit is checked when you invite and again when the invite is accepted.
  4. Select campaigns, or for staff check All current campaigns.
  5. For clients, choose what they can see: rankings, SEO reports, results, GEO, products, content, social.
  6. Click Send invite. They accept via the emailed invite link.
  7. Use Manage access later to add or remove campaigns (and client share toggles), cancel pending invites, or revoke access anytime.
  8. Optionally allocate credits into a campaign credit pool for budgeting.

Client Portal

Clients use Client Portal to view campaigns shared with them in read-only mode — scoreboard, ranking graph, top ranking keywords (CSV/PDF download), published article links, reports, and deliverables you opted to share. They cannot create campaigns, spend credits, or change billing. Staff opening a campaign they can view (but not manage) will see a view-only notice in the main app.

Getting Support & Ask Seller’s Bay

Ask Seller’s Bay (in-app help chat)

  1. While logged in, click the floating Ask Seller’s Bay button (bottom-right).

  1. Open Feedback in the left rail, then choose Request a feature or Report a bug — or go to Support.
  2. Fill in your name, email, issue type, priority, subject, and message.
  3. Add an order/reference number if the issue is about billing.
  4. Submit the request — our team replies by email.
